If you have columns similar to the example below there is an easy way to total them all at once.
Select the empty cells beneath each column (where you want to see the answer). Click in the cell beneath the first column, hold down Ctrl and click on the cell underneath the second column. Keep holding Ctrl and click on the cell below the third column. Release Ctrl. All 3 cells will be highlighted. Now press the keyboard combo ALT=
An AutoSum function will be added to each selected cell and will total the columns for you.
