You can create a Task (a “to do” item) right from an email. All you need to do is point at the email in your Inbox (no need to open it), hold down your left mouse button and drag that email to the Tasks header in your Navigation Pane (lower left of screen). Let go when you are pointing right at the word Tasks. A new Task window will open with the Subject line filled in and the details of the email in the Notes section. Then you can make any additions and click Save & Close. That’s quick and easy!
